Ideation
Research
Before start the design, I went through the UBR app from a user's perspective and documented some of its key features.

Understanding
Experience
This step involved documenting my experience with the app flow which greatly assist me in the subsequent redesign of the app.

Information
Architecture
I created an information architecture based on the findings above, which guides me with a clear structure on the overall logic and work flow.

Initial
Sketchs
This is the initial sketch for ticket purchasing process. There are some differences between this version and the final design. The payment process has been simplified in the final version, making it more straightforward and time-saving.

Sketchs
This is a rough sketch when redesign the 'map' feature.
Initially, the idea was to place the categories in the bottom left corner, allowing users to easily swipe with their left hand along the arc to view the categories. However, when I wanted to add details without obstructing the park map, I found that there wasn't enough space. This led to the second improvement shown in the image.

Four
Features

1. Ticket
Purchase
Compared to the initial sketch, the final version only requires 2-3 steps to accomplish, achieving the goal in the shortest and most convenient way possible.

1.1 Select date and ticket type

1.2 Fill in the information

1.3 Choose payment method
1.4 Fill in the payment details
